2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups minature marshmallows
6 tablespoons undiluted frozen orange juice
3/4 cup chopped dates
3/4 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts
1 cup mixed candied fruit
1/4 cup candied cherries
4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon cinnnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
In 3 quart saucepan - over medium heat - stir evaporated milk, marshmallows, and orange juice until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat.
Stir in dates, raisins, walnuts, candied fruit, and candied cherries.
Stir in mixture of graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Press firmly into parchment lined loaf pan or ring mold. Cover tightly. Chill 2 days. Makes 3 pounds of fruitcake.
