Oh my gosh!!! I tried these recipes tonight and they make the BEST fudge I have ever tasted (yes, diabetic or not, I tasted it) I used the Nestle's Semi Sweet and White swirled chips with the Coconut, pecan frosting and it tasted JUST LIKE those Mallo- Mar candy bars.  My DH is in heaven! I'm going to make several different varieties to take for Christmas!

Well, I made the 2 ingredient fudge today.  I used:

1 pkg. – 10 oz. – cherry cordial filled milk chocolate kisses (they are new this year!)
1 handful deep bittersweet mini baking chips
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
1 can of cream cheese frosting

I melted the kisses as directed in the microwave.  Added the vanilla and salt and the frosting and mixed well till blended.  I had to micro it for about 30 seconds on high to blend better.  I poured the concoction into 2 buttered 8” sq. pans and refrigerated.  ½ hour later I cut both pans in small pieces.  Oh my!  Hubby tasted a piece, and he is not a sweets person, and he loved it!  What a combination of flavors!  I will divide the fudge up and give as gifts along with the cookie spoons and some cocoa mix, all in a Christmasy mug.
